Chicago continuum of care member Portal |
By selecting your membership level and paying dues according to the dues structure below, you will become a member of the Chicago Continuum of Care.
Membership dues will fund work of the Collaborative Applicant for administrative support of the CoC, which may include but is not limited to, staff support for committees, production of meeting materials, and costs of CoC webpages. For more information, contact cocprograms@allchicago.org. If you'd like to mail an application, please email CoCprograms@allchicago.org to receive assistance with a hard copy application.
CoC Membership Bundling
Each organization should select a primary contact who will submit payment of Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) dues. The primary contact is the bundle administrator and can add other bundle members to their organization. Bundle members are other staff members within the organization who would also like to access the CoC Membership Pages on the All Chicago website, but do not have to pay dues (dues are paid only by the bundle administrator).
